We RoCkEd ThE TeSt!!!!

I am soooo pleased with how hard the kidd-os worked on their state tests last week!  We won't know the results until this summer, but I am absolutely positive that they each did the best that they could do and that is all I asked of them.  Now we can get back to havin' fun! ;) There are alot of things happening over the next 3 weeks so check the folders often.  We aren't quite finished learning and taking grades either so don't skip out on homework even though it's busy!  Thanks!

Valentine's Day

 

  

I know it's shameful...but I made our Valentine's Day party academic!  We still had a blast.  The students were asked to use the candies and toothpicks to create a structure and then graph the items that they used.  They were so creative!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately, we've had our noses to the grindstones preparing for Spring testing and will stay that way until we all pass that test! :)  We are well on our way, learning and working hard everyday.  Today we had a lesson on probability, here are the groups at work...

Read to Succeed!

We are beginning the Read to Succeed Program.  Please see your child's folder today for the recording sheet.  If you record 6 hours of reading time by Feburary 28th, your child will receive a free ticket to Six Flags over Texas in Arlington!
